Job summary

Responsibilities

Lead Client Advisors to drive brand and product awareness on the shop floor.
Ensure exceptional service and shopping experience aligned with brand philosophy.
Communicate in English and German with clients and team members; build trust.
Coach and motivate the team, report sales trends and customer feedback to HQ.
Coordinate visuals and displays per Visual Guidelines; assist with events.
Interface with HQ Retail Buying to plan product assortment.
