• Lead Client Advisors to drive brand and product awareness on the shop floor.
• Ensure exceptional service and shopping experience aligned with brand philosophy.
• Communicate in English and German with clients and team members; build trust.
• Coach and motivate the team, report sales trends and customer feedback to HQ.
• Coordinate visuals and displays per Visual Guidelines; assist with events.
• Interface with HQ Retail Buying to plan product assortment.
