Job summary

MyBikePlan (Part of JobRad Group) in Zurich is seeking a Sales Trainee (FR/ITA) to gain hands-on sales experience from day one. You will nurture Romandie and Ticino leads, work inbound and outbound, and guide customers from first contact to delivery.

The role requires fluency in French and Italian, good English, and a willingness to work on-site in Zurich with the potential to move into a fixed position after the program.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and Italian; good English (corporate language).
• Based in Switzerland with a valid work permit; on-site in Zurich.
• Matura or university/higher education degree.
• Genuine interest in sales and new customer acquisition.
• Strong communication skills both on the phone and in writing.
• Structured, motivated and eager to learn fast; team player.
• Comfortable with digital tools (CRM, Office, email).

Responsibilities

• Actively work leads from Romandie and Ticino (inbound & outbound).
• Reach out to potential customers by phone, email, or video call.
• Learn to advise customers on our e-bikes, financing options, and services.
• Support and gradually run sales and consultation calls with a focus on closing.
• Get involved in events, trade shows, or promotional campaigns.
• Document your sales activities cleanly in the CRM; manage a pipeline.
