Job summary

MyBikePlan in Zurich is seeking a Sales Trainee to learn hands-on sales from day one. You will engage Romandie and Ticino leads, conduct sales calls, and guide customers from first contact to delivery. Fluency in French and Italian, plus good English, are required.

You will work on-site in Zurich with some days possible for home office after onboarding. This role offers a real path to a fixed position and a dynamic, growing environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and Italian.
• Good English (corporate language).
• Based in Switzerland with a valid work permit.
• Willing to work on-site in Zurich; remote work not available.
• Enjoy active selling and new customer acquisition.
• Strong communication skills, on the phone and in writing.
• Independent, structured and closing-focused.
• Self-motivation and persistence.
• Comfortable with digital tools (CRM, Office, email).
• Nice-to-haves: knowledge of e-bikes or mobility sector; German a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sales & New Customer Acquisition: handle Romandie and Ticino leads, reach out by phone, email or video call, advise on bikes and financing, close deals, participate in events.
• Customer Care: guide customers from first contact to purchase, build lasting relationships, follow up on quotes.
• Sales Processes & CRM: document activities in CRM, manage pipeline, collaborate with teams to improve customer experience.
