Job summary

Swiss Education Company in Zürich is seeking an immediate or agreed Trainee, Sales & Administration Clerk. You will advise on beauty services and courses, support customers, manage the cash register, and help acquire new customers.

The internship lasts 12 months with the possibility of a permanent position and a part-time option. A well-organized team and opportunities to use foreign language skills are provided.

Qualifications

• Sales degree or equivalent training is required or welcomed; career changers considered.
• Strong sales flair and ability to communicate effectively are essential.
• Organizational talent and independence will help in daily tasks.
• Reliability and accuracy are important for admin duties.
• German language skills are required, with English/French/Spanish/Portuguese advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Advise and sell beauty services, products and courses.
• Assist walk-in customers, handle telephone and email inquiries, and operate the cash register with daily closing.
• Record and maintain the customer base.
• Implement measures to acquire new customers.
• Place orders internally or with suppliers.
• Perform simple secretarial tasks and assist with inventory.
