You will partner with line managers, craft local training plans, and coordinate onboarding while serving as the local LMS power user.

Ideal candidates hold a university degree in HR, pedagogy, psychology or engineering, with 2–3 years in learning and development and strong German/English communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in HR, pedagogy, psychology or engineering.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in training, skills/competency management or Learning & Development.
• Experience delivering training or workshops, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with LMS or skills management systems.
• Fluent German and English.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and update local training curricula.
• Identify training needs and develop local training plans.
• Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees with HR and managers.
• Deliver trainings and support internal trainers in on-the-job training.
• Ensure training delivery aligns with defined standards and timelines.
• Act as local power user of the LMS and manage user access and records.
