Hitachi Energy in Zürich, Switzerland seeks a Facility Support professional to assist the Facility Manager with daily site operations and coworker experience. You will coordinate workplace services, handle admin tasks, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment near the heart of the campus.

You will liaise with internal teams and external service providers, backup Reception during leave, and contribute to workplace projects and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Facility Management or related fields.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
• German and English language proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Assist the Facility Manager in day-to-day site operations.
• Serve as primary contact for facility-related inquiries.
• Coordinate maintenance with external vendors.
• Manage purchase orders, invoices, and reports.
• Support workplace projects and office relocations.
• Oversee meeting room management and site inspections.
• Support health, safety, evacuation, and first aid initiatives.
• Provide backup for Reception during absences.
• Represent the company professionally to visitors.
