Zusammenfassung

Hitachi Energy is seeking a Training & Development Specialist for the Bushing Factory in Zürich-Altstetten to shape energy learning and development. You will support line managers in skills management, identify training needs, and create local training plans while coordinating onboarding for new hires.

The role focuses on blue-collar workers first, then white-collar staff, and requires strong LMS experience and collaboration with operators, supervisors and HR in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in HR, pedagogy, psychology or engineering.
• Hands-on interest in manufacturing processes.
• 2–3 years of experience in training, skills/competency management or Learning & Development.
• Experience in delivering trainings or workshops in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Experience with LMS or skills management systems.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration in a manufacturing setting.
• Fluent in German and English.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and update local skill sets in line with the given framework.
• Identify training needs and develop local training plans aligned with company guidelines.
• Integrate global and regional training initiatives into local curricula.
• Maintain training records and documentation.
• Conduct trainings and evaluate training effectiveness; support internal trainers.
• Coordinate onboarding for new employees with HR and managers; ensure timely completion of onboarding.
