Hitachi Energy in Zürich-Altstetten is seeking a Training & Development Specialist to shape the future of energy through world-class learning and development.

You will support line managers regarding skills management, identify training needs and develop local training plans, and coordinate onboarding activities for new employees while acting as the local power user of the company’s learning management system.

Qualifikationen

• Structured, self-driven with strong communication skills
• Fluent German and English
• Experience in training or workshops preferred in manufacturing environment
• Experience with LMS or skills management systems

Aufgaben

• Maintain and update local skill sets in line with the given framework
• Identify training needs and develop local training plans aligned with company guidelines
• Integrate global and regional training initiatives into local curricula
• Maintain training records and documentation
• Conduct specified trainings, evaluate training effectiveness, and support internal trainers
• Coordinate onboarding for new employees in collaboration with HR and managers
