The role requires completed electrical vocational training (EFZ), willingness to work 2-3 shifts, German proficiency, and good IT skills. English is a plus. You will contribute to safety and continuous improvement in a collaborative environment.

Qualifikationen

• Completed vocational training in electrical field with EFZ.
• Willingness to work in a 2- or 3-shift system.
• Independent, structured, and team-oriented working style.
• IT affinity and confidence in working with digital systems.
• Good written and spoken German; English skills are an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Test high-voltage components such as bushings.
• Safely move test specimens using lifting and crane systems.
• Use cutting-edge measuring and testing technologies to gather reliable data.
• Analyze, evaluate, and document results systematically.
• Collaborate on developing and optimizing test setups and methods.
• Maintain order and safety in the lab by applying the 6S concept.
• Consistently follow all relevant safety regulations.
