Job summary

BlupaceTech is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer based in Zürich to provide onsite and remote end-user support for Windows, Microsoft 365, PCs, printers and network issues. You will perform IMACD tasks, manage incidents in ServiceNow and collaborate with other IT teams to uphold security and service standards.

Fluency in German is required, with 3+ years of experience and a customer-focused approach. This is a 12-month rolling contract with no sponsorship.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of desktop support experience.
• Proficient in Windows, Microsoft 365 and device troubleshooting.
• German language proficiency is a must; Swiss-based role.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite/remote IT support for desktops, laptops, printers and networks.
• Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, peripherals and LAN/Wi‑Fi issues.
• Perform IMACD activities including deployments and changes.
• Log incidents in ITSM tools and meet SLAs; escalate as needed.
• Coordinate with Service Desk and other IT teams; maintain asset records.
