Open Systems in Zurich is seeking a junior IT Service Desk specialist to support colleagues with macOS and Windows, Microsoft 365, authentication, and workplace technology. You’ll own tickets from start to finish and collaborate with IT Operations and Engineering as needed.

Working on-site at our Zurich headquarters, you’ll set up devices, improve self-service, and grow your skills while delivering reliable IT support to a global team.

Competenze

• 2+ years of IT Service Desk or End-User Support experience.
• Good troubleshooting across macOS and Windows and device setup.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, authentication, and collaboration tools.
• Experience with an IT ticketing system.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with a structured problem-solving approach.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Ability to work primarily on-site at our Zurich headquarters.

Mansioni

• Be the first point of contact for IT support across macOS, Windows, M365, authentication, connectivity, and workplace technology.
• Take ownership of tickets from start to finish and involve IT Operations or Engineering when needed.
• Set up and support MacBook Pro and Windows devices, onboarding, off-boarding, and device enrollment.
• Work with Jamf Pro, Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, and Jira Service Management to keep workplace tech running smoothly.
• Contribute to better processes by improving documentation, self-service, and automation.
