Job summary

Open Systems in Zurich seeks an IT Service Desk professional to support macOS, Windows, and Microsoft 365. You will own tickets end-to-end, set up devices, and collaborate with global IT teams to improve workplace technology and processes.

You will contribute to a secure, efficient IT environment, with opportunities to grow your technical skills while supporting colleagues worldwide. On-site work at Zurich HQ is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT Service Desk or End-User Support or related role.
• Proficient in macOS and Windows troubleshooting.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, user accounts, authentication, and collaboration tools.
• Experience with an IT ticketing system.
• Strong customer service and communication, with a structured problem-solving approach.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Ability to work primarily on-site at our Zurich headquarters.
• Nice-to-have: German language skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for IT support for macOS, Windows, Microsoft 365, authentication, connectivity, and workplace tech.
• Take ownership of support requests from start to finish.
• Set up and support MacBook Pro and Windows devices, including onboarding and offboarding.
• Work with Jamf Pro, Intune, Entra ID, and Jira Service Management to keep workplace tech running smoothly.
• Contribute to better processes via documentation, self-service, automation, and reduced escalations.
• Collaborate with IT Operations and Engineering and with colleagues across our global organization.
