Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is assisting an international organization in Genf seeking an experienced Workday coordinator during a critical year-end period. The role is temporary and starts asap, focusing on data integrity across HR systems and support for payroll, variable compensation, and automation initiatives.

Responsibilities include managing time & attendance data, updating Workday records, and preparing for upcoming HR cycles, while documenting processes for effective knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Workday experience.
• Advanced Excel skills including lookups, pivots and data cleansing.
• Experience with Kelio or a similar time and attendance system.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Time & Attendance: Build and structure a reliable HR data database for operational use.
• Workday Administration: Update employee records and prepare for HR cycles.
• Variable Compensation: Assist in the annual variable pay process and data extraction.
• Process Improvement: Identify repetitive tasks and draft automation and documentation.
