Job summary

Michael Page International seeks a skilled HR Operations professional in Geneva to manage HR data, HRIS activities and payroll support. You will handle employee records, data reconciliation and reporting using Workday, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

The role requires strong Excel skills, experience with HR processes, and fluency in English and French. This is a one-month temporary assignment based in Switzerland.

Qualifications

• Proven experience within HR Operations, HR Administration or HRIS environments.
• Strong exposure to HR systems, ideally including Workday or a comparable platform.
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee information across HR systems.
• Support time management, leave administration and HR data reconciliation activities.
• Assist with compensation and benefits data management.
• Contribute to the preparation and coordination of variable compensation processes.
• Support payroll-related activities through data preparation and validation.
• Produce reports and analyses to support HR decision-making.
• Identify opportunities for process optimisation and automation.
• Develop clear documentation and ensure effective knowledge transfer to internal stakeholders.
