Job summary

Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Workday Payroll Analyst based in Switzerland to support enterprise implementation and deployment. The role focuses on expert payroll processing, testing, data validation, and go-live readiness.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of Workday Payroll experience, deep configuration knowledge, and proven testing leadership across complex deployments. Strong collaboration with HR, Payroll, Finance, and technical teams is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of Workday Payroll experience, including multiple full-cycle Workday implementations.
• Deep expertise in Workday Payroll configuration, testing methodologies, and payroll operations.
• Proven experience leading payroll testing activities for enterprise Workday deployments.
• Strong understanding of payroll regulations, taxes, earnings and deductions, and payroll integrations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll testing and validation during implementation and deployment.
• Lead SIT, end-to-end, regression, parallel payroll, and UAT testing.
• Validate payroll configurations including earnings, deductions, taxes, garnishments, and compliance.
• Develop and execute test scripts, document results, and coordinate defect resolution with teams.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance and partners to ensure payroll processing readiness.
• Support data validation, reconciliation, cutover planning, and go-live readiness.
• Troubleshoot payroll system issues and contribute to defect management.
• Provide recommendations to improve payroll configurations and processes.
