LGT Group is seeking an experienced HR Systems, Data & AI Specialist to join the HR Services & Digital Transformation team in Switzerland. The role combines hands-on Workday development with designing data-driven HR solutions and AI-enabled HR use cases in Lumen, our internal AI platform.

You will ensure high-quality HR data, governance and interfaces across Workday and connected systems, while maintaining Workday configurations and business processes.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent in HR, IT, or analytics.
• Several years of experience in HR technology and digital transformation.
• Practical Workday experience is essential.
• Experience with HR data quality, governance and analysis.
• Hands-on AI tools experience for HR use cases.
• Excellent written and verbal German and English communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Drive the digitalization of HR processes in collaboration with HR teams, IT and external partners.
• Develop and rollout HR AI use cases and agents in Lumen.
• Identify and fix HR data quality issues with clear standards and controls.
• Maintain and optimize Workday processes, reports and configurations.
