Job summary

Michael Page International is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to join an international organisation in Geneva. You will maintain employee data in Workday, process HR transactions, and support data integrity.

The role requires advanced Excel, strong analytical skills, and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. Fluent English; French is a plus. Immediate start for a six-week temporary assignment.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR operations or HR administration.
• Hands-on Workday experience is mandatory.
• Comfortable handling large HR datasets and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee data in Workday with accuracy.
• Process HR transactions including hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
• Perform regular data audits and identify discrepancies in HR systems.
• Generate and analyze HR reports and dashboards for decision-making.
• Support data cleansing initiatives and system updates.
• Coordinate personnel documentation and lifecycle events.
• Act as a first point of contact for Workday and HR queries.
• Collaborate with payroll and other stakeholders to ensure data flow.
