Michael Page International (Switzerland) SA is seeking a HR Administration &Payroll Coordinator to support France and Italy within a leading international consumer goods company. You will manage day-to-day HR administration, payroll data submission, contracts, amendments, and documentation.

The role requires fluency in French and Italian and professional English, strong organizational skills, and discretion.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in HR Administration, HR Coordination, or a similar HR Operations role.
• Experience supporting payroll processes with external providers.
• Sound knowledge of employee lifecycle management and HR administration practices.
• Fluency in both French and Italian is mandatory.
• Good command of English in a professional environment.

Aufgaben

• Manage day-to-day HR administration activities for employees based in France and Italy.
• Prepare employment contracts, amendments, certificates, and other HR documentation.
• Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR administrative matters.
• Coordinate payroll activities in collaboration with external payroll providers.
• Collect, review, and submit monthly payroll data to ensure accurate salary processing.
• Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, changes, and offboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
• Ensure compliance with local employment regulations and internal policies.
• Partner with HR stakeholders across the EMEA region to support business objectives.
