Zusammenfassung

Michael Page is partnering with a Geneva-based international organization to recruit an HR Rewards and Compensation Analyst on a temporary replacement basis. The role centers on supporting annual salary reviews, compensation analytics, and job architecture, within a complex, multicultural environment.

You will liaise with HRIS teams, develop dashboards, ensure data quality, and provide actionable insights for senior stakeholders. Fluency in English is required, French is advantageous.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in Compensation & Benefits, Rewards, HR Analytics or HRIS.
• Strong analytical and data management skills.
• Experience supporting annual salary review processes and compensation cycles.
• Exposure to job grading, job architecture or workforce planning initiatives is a strong asset.
• Comfortable working with large datasets and HR reporting tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Support the annual salary review process planning and execution.
• Participate in compensation system configuration reviews and testing (UAT and production).
• Liaise with HRIS teams for data, system and reporting needs.
• Develop and maintain compensation reports, dashboards and monitoring tools.
• Support modelling exercises and analyses related to compensation.
• Assist Rewards Managers with data preparation and analytical support.
• Support job grading and job architecture projects and governance.
