Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is assisting an international organization in Geneva with an HR Operations & HRIS Specialist temporary assignment starting ASAP. You will ensure data integrity across HR systems, support payroll and variable compensation, and drive process improvements through automation and documentation.

The role requires 3+ years in HR operations, strong Workday expertise, Kelio familiarity, advanced Excel, and fluency in French and English.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, HRIS, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on Workday experience; exposure to the Compensation module is desirable.
• Experience with Kelio or similar time and attendance systems.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, lookups, pivots, and cleansing.
• Solid understanding of Swiss and French working time regulations.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Time & Attendance management and data integrity across HR systems.
• Build and maintain a reliable HR database for operational use.
• Reconcile leave, recovery days, and cross-border worker data with internal policies.
• Support Workday data transfers, and the mid-year review process.
• Prepare data for payroll, variable compensation, and documentation.
