You will handle Swiss social insurance matters, serve as a contact for employees and managers, and coordinate with payroll and HR teams to ensure smooth HR operations. Immediate start encouraged.

Qualifikationen

• 5–10 years of experience as an HR Assistant or HR Administrator.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss social insurance (AVS, AI, APG, LPP, LAA, etc.).
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
• Service-oriented, empathetic and comfortable interacting with employees.
• Rigorous, proactive and detail-oriented.
• Fluent French is mandatory.
