Job summary

H-Tech Supports in Geneva, Switzerland is seeking a Senior Workplace & VIP Support Technician to establish and manage on-site IT operations for our new Geneva office. You will provide day-to-day technical support for on-site staff, regional remote workers, and other regional offices, covering hardware, software, AV, and meeting room tech.

You will act as the dedicated IT contact for Geneva-based executives and assistants, delivering white-glove, desk-side support, with a 15-minute response SLA

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in workplace/IT desktop support.
• At least 1 year of direct experience supporting C-suite executives or senior leaders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Fluency in English and French is required; knowledge of German or Italian is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day on-site IT support for the Geneva office and regional staff.
• Manage office onboarding, device staging, and meeting room/AV setups.
• Maintain asset inventory and ensure security baselines for executive devices.
