Zusammenfassung

Join is seeking a Senior Workplace & VIP Support Technician to establish and manage on-site IT operations for our Geneva office. You will support on-site staff, regional remote workers, and executive leadership with hardware, software, and collaboration technology.

You will serve as the dedicated IT point of contact for Geneva-based executives and assistants, delivering white-glove, desk-side service and event coverage in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in workplace/IT desktop support, with at least 1 year supporting C-suite executives or senior leaders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Fluency in English and French is required; knowledge of German or Italian is a strong asset.

Aufgaben

• Provide day-to-day on-site IT support for Geneva office staff and regional remote workers.
• Bring the new Geneva office into full IT service readiness across device staging, meeting rooms, printing, Wi‑Fi, and site infrastructure.
• Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, VoIP systems, mobile devices, and POS equipment.
• Run an on-site Tech Bar for face-to-face employee support.
• Manage and troubleshoot meeting room AV and collaboration setups (Microsoft Teams Rooms).
• Maintain accurate asset records and stockroom inventory per corporate policies.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding with HR for first-day technical setups.
