Job summary

UEFA is seeking a Ticketing Venue Configuration Assistant in Nyon to help create and maintain stadium seating plans within the ticketing system. You will support fair seat allocations for UEFA events and participate in on-site readiness activities.

The role requires 1–3 years in ticketing, a Bachelor's degree, fluent English, and willingness to relocate to Switzerland/France. Travel and advanced MS Office skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in management, business administration or other relevant field.
• Fluent in English.
• Willingness to relocate to Switzerland/France.
• Advanced MS Office applications; strong analytical ability.
• Ability to travel and work in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Produce and update stadium seating plans in the ticketing system.
• Perform thorough seat checks at the stadiums.
• Manage and update seat allocations in the ticketing system.
• Support management of ticket quotas across target groups.
• Ensure complete, accurate ticketing inventory for all stadiums.
• Prepare stadium bowl configuration documentation for internal projects.
• Present seating plans and stadium configurations to stakeholders.
• Liaise with staff at stadiums to adjust configurations during final readiness stages.
• Assist with on-site operations relating to stadium bowl areas.
• Support general ticketing operations as required.
