Global Sports Jobs Limited is seeking a Ticketing Venue Configuration Assistant to join UEFA Events SA's Ticketing unit in Switzerland/France. You will help create and maintain stadium seating plans and support fair seat allocation across major tournaments.

The role is a maximum-term contract from 1 March 2027 to 31 August 2028, requiring 1–3 years in ticketing, a Bachelor's degree, fluent English, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualificações

• 1–3 years of experience in ticketing or a related area.
• Bachelor's degree in management, business administration or related field.
• Fluent in English.
• Relocation to Switzerland/France is expected.
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical ability.
• Attention to detail and a structured working method.
• Ability to work under time pressure without compromising quality.
• Willingness and ability to travel.
• Ability to work in an international environment.

Responsabilidades

• Produce and update stadium seating plans in the ticketing system.
• Perform thorough seat checks at the stadiums.
• Manage and update seat allocations in the ticketing system.
• Support the management of ticket quotas across target groups.
• Ensure a complete, accurate and consistent ticketing inventory for all stadiums.
• Prepare and update stadium bowl configuration documentation.
• Present seating plans and stadium configurations to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with staff to manage adjustments during final stadium readiness.
• Assist with on-site operations related to the stadium bowl.
• Support general ticketing operations as required.
