UEFA is seeking a Ticketing Operations Coordinator to support planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of ticketing operations for EURO 2028. You will coordinate venue teams, training programmes, workforce logistics and ticketing equipment to ensure smooth tournament delivery.

Based in Nyon with hybrid working up to one day per week, the role may also support ticketing activities for UEFA club competitions and other UEFA events, contributing to key operational projects as required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in event management, ideally in ticketing or related area.
• Fluent in English; strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in management, sports management or related field.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate venue teams and manage workforce planning, recruitment and onboarding.
• Plan and deliver training sessions and develop knowledge materials for ticketing staff.
• Oversee logistics and equipment management, including ticketing devices and materials.
• Support tournament operations with process improvements and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with internal centres and Finance for ticket production and invoicing.
