Job summary

UEFA Events SA is seeking a Ticketing Operations Coordinator in Nyon to support planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of ticketing operations for EURO 2028. The role coordinates venue teams, training programmes, workforce logistics, ticket production activities and related equipment, with potential involvement in club competitions and other UEFA events.

Requires 2–3 years of event management experience, a Bachelor's degree, fluent English, and relocation to Switzerland/France.

Qualifications

• Experience in event management, ideally in ticketing or related area.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate venue ticketing teams and workforce logistics, including recruitment onboarding and shift planning.
• Plan and deliver training sessions, create materials, and develop e-learning resources for ticketing staff, volunteers and freelancers.
• Manage ticketing material inventory and equipment, ensuring operational devices are available and functional.
• Provide operational support to venue teams and help implement ticketing processes and improvements during tournament operations.
• Coordinate ticket production milestones with internal centres and Finance for timely invoicing and payments.
