Job summary

UEFA is seeking a Ticketing Operations Coordinator in Nyon to support planning, delivery and continuous improvement of ticketing operations for UEFA EURO 2028. You will coordinate venue teams, training programmes and workforce logistics to ensure smooth tournament ticketing activities.

The role involves onboarding/offboarding venue teams, producing training content, managing equipment and coordinating with Central Services, Workforce and Accreditation to meet production milestones.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of experience in event management, ideally in ticketing or related area
• Bachelor's degree in management, sports management or other relevant field
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard ticketing venue teams
• Coordinate ticketing workforce logistics (transport, accommodation, accreditation)
• Plan staffing and shift plans for venue teams and the Ticketing Hub
• Produce training materials and organise training sessions
• Maintain ticketing equipment and ensure operational readiness
• Support paper ticket production and stakeholder coordination
