Job summary

Abbott Schweiz is seeking a Territory Manager for the Romandy region to lead the commercial development of left atrial appendage occlusion (LAAO) therapies and intracardiac echocardiography (ICE). You will build and execute account plans, drive procedure volumes, and strengthen relationships with cardiologists, electrophysiologists, imaging specialists and hospital stakeholders to grow business.

Qualifications

• University degree in a scientific, biomedical, healthcare, engineering, or technical discipline.
• Significant medical device industry experience.
• Proven experience with Interventional Cardiology procedures and LAAO.
• Experience with ICE and imaging-guided workflows is advantageous.
• Fluent in English and French; German a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned accounts and achieve sales objectives.
• Develop and execute account plans to increase procedural volumes.
• Lead commercial discussions, tender processes, and negotiations.
• Promote Abbott’s value proposition and pricing strategy.
• Monitor competitive activities and identify new opportunities.
• Coordinate KOL engagement and clinical support during procedures.
• Provide technical and clinical support during LAAO procedures.
• Maintain CRM data and sales forecasts.
