Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Territory Manager – LAAO for the Romandy region of Switzerland to drive commercial growth, support clinical procedures, and engage Interventional Cardiologists, Electrophysiologists and hospital stakeholders. You will manage accounts, lead negotiations and deliver education on imaging-related therapies and ICE.

Fluency in English and French is required, German is a plus. The role offers a dynamic, multinational team with career development and a competitive benefits package

Qualifications

• University degree in a scientific/biomedical/healthcare/engineering/technical discipline.
• Significant experience in the medical device industry.
• Proven experience supporting Interventional Cardiology procedures with clinical/technical support.
• Experience with left atrial appendage closure procedures and ICE.
• Experience with Cath Lab/Hybrid OR procedures and imaging workflows.
• Strong commercial, negotiation, presentation and account management skills.
• Professional proficiency in English and French; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage all assigned accounts and achieve sales objectives.
• Develop and execute account plans to increase procedural volumes and market share.
• Lead discussions, tender processes, and purchasing negotiations.
• Promote Abbott’s value proposition and pricing strategy.
• Monitor competitors and identify new business opportunities.
• Build relationships with physicians and hospital stakeholders; coordinate KOL activities.
• Drive adoption of ICE and imaging-guided workflows and provide clinical support.
