Job summary

Gi Life Sciences in the Visp area of Switzerland seeks an HR Generalist (M/F) for a 1-year temporary assignment. Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a generalist HR role.
• Good knowledge of HR processes and, ideally, Swiss labor law.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools and HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR activities related to recruitment, onboarding, employee development, and separation.
• Advise managers and employees on HR processes.
• Participate in performance management, compensation, and talent management processes.
• Contribute to HR projects, digitalization initiatives, and change management efforts.
• Produce and analyze HR metrics to support decision-making.
