Job summary

Bcomp in Fribourg, Switzerland, is seeking a Talent Acquisition & HR Coordinator at 50% to manage end-to-end recruitment across a wide range of roles. You will post jobs, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and provide a smooth candidate experience.

You will partner with hiring managers to define profiles, own the ATS and recruitment reporting, and support onboarding and HR projects. A Swiss HR certificate and fluency in French and English are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience end-to-end recruitment and first HR interviews.
• Experience in industrial/technology environments.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across a wide range of roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define profiles and selection criteria.
• Source candidates through various channels, schools, ORP/RAV etc.
• Own the ATS and candidate pipeline, ensuring accurate data and timely communication.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and onboarding.
