Job summary

Bcomp Ltd in Fribourg, Switzerland, is seeking a seasoned Recruitment Specialist to own end-to-end talent acquisition across a wide range of roles. You will partner with hiring managers, source candidates through multiple channels, manage the ATS, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.

In addition to HR support for employees, you will contribute to onboarding, training initiatives and process improvements, while maintaining confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in recruitment/talent acquisition with first-round HR interviews.
• End-to-end recruitment management with hiring managers.
• Experience in industrial/technology/scale-up/international environments.
• Swiss HR certification or recognized HR/recruitment certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across a wide range of roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define profiles and criteria.
• Source candidates through multiple channels and networks.
• Own the ATS and candidate pipeline with accurate data and reporting.
• Contribute to employer branding and continuous improvement of recruitment.
• Act as first point of contact for employees on HR topics.
• Coordinate onboarding, Training & Learning, and HR projects.
• Collaborate with HR Manager and HR team to ensure smooth employee lifecycle.
• Handle standard HR topics independently and escalate sensitive issues.
