Job summary

Bcomp Ltd in Fribourg, Switzerland, is seeking a seasoned Recruitment Specialist to own end-to-end talent acquisition across a wide range of roles. You will partner with hiring managers, source candidates through multiple channels, manage the ATS, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.

In addition to HR support for employees, you will contribute to onboarding, training initiatives and process improvements, while maintaining confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in recruitment/talent acquisition with first-round HR interviews.
• End-to-end recruitment management with hiring managers.
• Experience in industrial/technology/scale-up/international environments.
• Swiss HR certification or recognized HR/recruitment certification.

Job Description

Main tasks and responsabilities :

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across a wide range of roles, from intake and job posting to sourcing, screening, first HR interviews, coordination, references and offer preparation.
• Partner with hiring managers to define profiles and selection criteria, challenge requirements, support decision-making and provide clear candidate recommendations.
• Source candidates through various channels, schools, ORP/RAV etc..
• Own the ATS and candidate pipeline, ensuring accurate data, timely communication, consistent follow-up, reliable recruitment reporting and a high-quality candidate experience.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment practices, sourcing channels, candidate experience and employer branding initiatives.
• Act as an approachable first point of contact for employees regarding day-to-day HR-related services, questions and support.
• Coordinate and contribute to selected HR projects and initiatives, including onboarding, Training & Learning, process improvement and other employee-related initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with the HR Manager, HR Operations Specialist and HR Apprentice to ensure smooth coordination across recruitment and the employee lifecycle.
• Handle standard HR topics independently and elevate sensitive or complex employee-relations matters when appropriate.

Requirements

Your profile :

• At least 3 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition, including first-round HR interviews.
• Proven experience managing recruitment processes end to end, First HR interviews and partnering directly with hiring managers.
• Experience in an industrial, technology, scale-up or international environment.
• Swiss HR Certificate or another recognised HR / Recruitment certification.
• Fluent in French & English, both spoken and written.
• Strong organisation, communication and stakeholder-management skills; comfortable working independently with managers and candidates.
• Proactive, pragmatic and service-oriented, with strong confidentiality and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
