Job summary

EH Group is seeking a hands-on Recruiting & HR Operations Manager in Nyon, Switzerland. You will own full-cycle recruiting, partner with leadership to build pipelines, and deliver an excellent candidate experience while supporting onboarding and lifecycle administration for our Swiss team.

Reporting to the Fractional HR leader in the US, you will help scale people practices, coordinate with payroll and benefits partners, and drive locally appropriate HR processes in a growing organization.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in full-cycle recruiting or HR operations.
• Experience with Swiss employment practices and local HR administration.
• Fluency in English; French is strongly preferred for Nyon-based work.
• Experience using ATS and HRIS platforms (Ashby/HiBob).

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for roles across the organization, from intake to interviews, offers and closing.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, develop recruiting strategies and criteria.
• Coordinate onboarding, preboarding, and lifecycle processes for new hires and transitions.
• Support HR operations, reporting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams; ensure compliance with Swiss requirements.
