Job summary

Otis Elevator Co. in Switzerland seeks a hands-on T Desk Manager to build and lead a new T Desk, guiding campaigns, pipelines and KPIs. You will lead a growing admin team, drive process improvements, and enable sales colleagues to focus more on customers.

You will use CRM, Power BI and Power Automate to enhance visibility and efficiency. Fluency in English is required; German and French are assets for cross-border collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in service sales support or sales operations.
• Ability to coordinate a small team and manage priorities.
• Strong process mindset and ability to improve workflows.
• Solid CRM-based sales process knowledge; Service Sales CRM a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365, CRM data, Excel reporting, Power BI/Power Automate.
• Fluent business English; German and French are assets.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily T Desk operations and support for colleagues managing repair opportunities.
• Coordinate T sales campaigns, follow-up tracking and performance reporting.
• Supervise and develop the T Desk administrative team with clear priorities.
• Act as operational bridge between T Desk, colleagues and field teams.
• Standardize workflows, templates, follow-ups and handover points.
• Improve data quality and pipeline visibility in Service Sales CRM.
• Define and monitor incentive KPIs with Sales leadership and Finance.
• Develop standardized T packages to simplify campaigns and raise value.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Create dashboards and automation with Power BI, Power Automate.
