Otis Elevator Company in Switzerland seeks a hands-on T Desk Manager to build and lead our new T Desk. You will support Mister T colleagues and Sales Administrators, run campaigns, improve follow‑up discipline, and drive end‑to‑end repair opportunities.

Reporting to the Central Europe T Desk Lead, you will develop dashboards in Power BI, automate workflows with Power Automate, and define KPIs with Sales and Finance to scale the model.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in service sales support or similar operations.
• Experience coordinating a small team or workstream is advantageous.
• Strong process mindset and ability to simplify workflows.
• Solid understanding of CRM-based sales processes and data handling.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 tools, Excel reporting and CRM data.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily T Desk operations and support Mister T colleagues and sales reps with T repair opportunities.
• Coordinate T sales campaigns, campaign prep, follow-up tracking and reporting.
• Supervise and coach the initial T Desk administrative team with clear priorities.
• Act as the operational bridge between the T Desk, Mister T, and field teams.
• Drive standardization of workflows, templates and handover points across Switzerland.
• Improve data quality and visibility in Service Sales CRM with accurate updates.
• Establish KPI concepts with Sales and Finance and validate before implementation.
• Support creation and launch of standardized T packages to simplify campaigns.
• Identify bottlenecks and lead continuous improvement to reduce manual work.
• Develop dashboards and simple automations using Power BI and Power Automate.
• Monitor KPIs like campaign conversion and pipeline status; ensure productivity.
• Document processes to support scalability and ramp-up planning.
