Job summary

Otis Elevator Co. in Fribourg, Switzerland, seeks a hands-on T Desk Manager to build and lead a new T Desk. You will support Mister T colleagues and T Desk Sales Administrators in running campaigns, improving follow-up discipline and the end-to-end repair opportunity process.

You will use CRM, Power BI and Power Automate to create visibility and automation, lead a growing admin team, and drive standardized T packages while shaping KPI incentives with Finance and Sales leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in service sales support or related operations.
• Ability to coordinate a small team and manage priorities; people management is a plus.
• Strong process mindset with ability to simplify workflows.
• Solid CRM-based sales process knowledge; Service Sales CRM is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 with Excel reporting and basic Power BI/Power Automate.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the T Desk and support Mister T colleagues and sales reps managing T repair opportunities.
• Coordinate T sales campaigns, including campaign prep, opportunity lists, follow-up tracking and reporting.
• Supervise and coach the initial T Desk admin team with clear priorities and quality standards.
• Act as the operational bridge between the T Desk, Mister T colleagues and field teams.
• Drive standardization of T Desk workflows across Switzerland.
• Improve data quality and pipeline visibility in the CRM with accurate updates.
• Establish KPI incentives for the T Desk with Sales and Finance before implementation.
• Support creation and launch of standardized T packages to simplify campaigns.
• Identify bottlenecks and lead continuous improvement to reduce manual work.
• Develop dashboards and simple automations using Power BI and Power Automate.
• Monitor KPIs including campaign conversions, follow-up timeliness, quotation cycle time and productivity.
• Document processes and plan ramp-up for future scalability.
