Job summary

Otis Elevator Co. in Switzerland is seeking a hands-on T Desk Manager to build and lead the new T Desk, supporting Mister T colleagues and Sales Administrators in running campaigns and improving follow-up discipline.

You will develop standardized T packages, define KPI alignment with Sales and Finance, and create dashboards with Power BI and automation with Power Automate to increase productivity.

Qualifications

• Experience in service sales support or sales operations.
• Ability to coordinate a small team or workstream and follow priorities.
• Strong process mindset to simplify workflows and improve efficiency.
• Familiarity with CRM-based sales processes and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily T Desk operations and support for colleagues and sales reps.
• Coordinate campaigns, create opportunity lists and track follow-ups.
• Supervise and develop the initial T Desk team with clear priorities.
• Bridge operations between T Desk, colleagues and field teams.
• Standardize T Desk workflows, templates, and handover points in Switzerland.
• Improve data quality and pipeline visibility in Service Sales CRM.
