Otis Elevator Co. is building a new T Desk in Switzerland.

We seek a hands-on, digitally minded manager to lead the desk operations, campaigns, and KPI definition, driving efficiency and customer focus across Switzerland. The role reports to the Central Europe T Desk Lead and requires coordinating a small administrative team, enhancing data quality in CRM, and delivering standardized T packages to improve sales consistency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in service sales support, sales operations or similar.
• Experience coordinating a small team or workstream is preferred.
• Strong process mindset to simplify workflows and improve efficiency.
• Solid CRM-based sales knowledge or equivalent tools is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365, Excel reports and basic Power BI/Power Automate.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily T Desk operations and support Mister T colleagues and sales reps.
• Coordinate T sales campaigns with preparation, lists, follow-up and reporting.
• Supervise and develop initial T Desk administrative team, assign priorities and ensure quality.
• Act as bridge between T Desk, Mister T, and field teams; standardize workflows.
• Improve data quality and pipeline visibility in Service Sales CRM.
