Job summary

Otis Elevator Company in Switzerland seeks a hands-on T Desk Manager to build and lead our new T Desk. You will support Mister T colleagues and Sales Administrators in running campaigns, improving follow-up discipline and strengthening the end-to-end repair opportunity process.

Reporting to the Central Europe T Desk Lead, you will manage a growing administrative team, drive process improvements, define standardized T packages, and establish KPI-driven incentives aligned with Finance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in service sales support or related operational roles.
• Ability to coordinate a small team or workstream and allocate tasks.
• Strong process mindset with ability to simplify workflows and operational pain points.
• Solid understanding of CRM-based sales processes and pipelines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Excel-based reporting and Power BI/Power Automate.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the T Desk and support colleagues and sales reps managing T repair opportunities.
• Coordinate T sales campaigns, opportunity lists, follow-up tracking, and performance reporting.
• Supervise and develop the initial T Desk administrative team with clear priorities and workloads.
• Drive standardization of workflows, templates, and handover points across Switzerland.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and automation using Power BI and Power Automate to improve visibility and efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs such as campaign conversion, lead follow-up timeliness, and quotation cycle time.
