Abbott seeks a strategic Country Manager Structural Heart Switzerland to drive revenue growth, profitability, and market penetration across the Swiss market. You will own the country P&L and lead a high-performing commercial organization to deliver top-line sales while managing expenses within budget.

The role requires developing growth plans, strengthening relationships with healthcare stakeholders, and ensuring compliance, ethics, and patient focus in all activities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Significant commercial leadership experience within medical devices/healthcare.
• Demonstrated experience managing revenue growth and business performance in a complex healthcare environment.
• Proven track record of developing and executing sales strategies and commercial plans.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing sales and commercial teams.
• Strong analytical skills to assess market dynamics, opportunities, and risks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluency in English; willingness to travel extensively within Switzerland and internationally.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute country business plans designed to achieve sales growth, profitability objectives, and market share expansion.
• Establish sales targets based on market opportunities and strategic priorities.
• Define and implement sales strategies to maximize market penetration in Structural Heart portfolio.
• Own and manage all aspects of the country P&L, achieving revenue and profitability objectives.
• Monitor SG&A and selling costs to optimize performance.
• Identify market opportunities and manage business risks proactively.
• Build, lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer focus.
• Maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospital administrators, and key stakeholders.
• Ensure Abbott maintains a strong Swiss Structural Heart presence.
• Collaborate with regional/global teams to align local execution with broader strategies.
