The role requires a diploma in payroll or social security and a strong analytical mindset, with excellent English and optional German/French. Collaboration with near‑shore teams and client acquisition will be part of your responsibilities.

Qualifikationen

• A recognized diploma/certificate in payroll, social security specialist or social security expert.
• Excellent level of English; German/French is considered an asset.
• Strong analytical mind and the ability to combine method and rigor.
• First significant experience in in‑wage processing.
• Sound knowledge and experience in MS Office, ABACUS and/or SAP is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Support national and international clients in payroll and personnel administration.
• Keep payroll accounting and/or be responsible for payroll accounting, including communication with clients, tax authorities and social security partners.
• Support near‑shore and off‑shore teams to complete monthly payroll tasks.
• Provide support in the acquisition of new clients and networking at the location.
• Work on internal and external projects from day one and gain insight into a wide range of industries and corporate divisions.
