This part-time role (60-80%) includes one remote day per week and offers a stable, expert-driven environment where payroll expertise is highly valued.

You will work closely with developers to enhance the payroll software and serve as the technical contact for HR/Payroll Managers in French and English.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Swiss payroll management.
• Experience in fiduciary services or outsourcing is a strong asset.
• Fluent French and business English (written and spoken) required; German is a plus.
