Destinus is offering a 12-month HR internship in Switzerland to gain hands-on exposure to the employee lifecycle, HR operations, and people data within an international aerospace and defense environment.

You will support daily HR activities, maintain records, and assist with onboarding and HR reporting while collaborating across Destinus locations under the international People team. English is the main working language, with French valued for local support.

Qualificações

• Pursuing or completed degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or related field, or a commercial qualification with HRSE
• Strong interest in developing a career in HR and gaining practical experience in an HR environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills in an international environment
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Professional working proficiency in English; French skills valued for local support in Canton of Vaud
• Eligibility to work in Switzerland and availability to complete a 12-month internship

Responsabilidades

• Support HR team with day-to-day HR activities in Switzerland
• Maintain employee database and HR systems
• Support the employee lifecycle: onboarding, contracts changes, internal moves, documentation, offboarding
• Prepare and maintain employment documentation and records
• Assist in HR reporting, presentations, and people data for decision-making
• Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees
• Assist with recurring people processes, meetings, and follow-up actions
• Contribute to local and international HR projects to improve processes and employee experience
• Support internal events and employee initiatives to strengthen collaboration
• Work with international People team to gain exposure to HR practices across Destinus locations
