Job summary

X-Rite in Regensdorf, Switzerland, offers an HR Internship in an international setting. You will join a global HR Business Partner Team, contributing to regional and international HR initiatives and gaining exposure to onboarding, visa processes, events, and employee development.

We value proactive, communicative candidates with MS Office skills and a collaborative mindset for cross-border teamwork. A 12-month program provides potential for a permanent position after completion.

Qualifications

• Excellent German and good English language skills (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
• Completed commercial/business training or equivalent education.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• A friendly, open personality with strong communication skills
• A fast comprehension, precise and independent working style, and a collaborative mindset for working in global teams

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding processes for new employees.
• Process visa applications for global visitors and associates.
• Assist with regional and global HR projects and initiatives.
• Organize and manage employee events independently.
• Serve as a point of contact for HR inquiries across Europe (10 countries).
• Support performance reviews and employee development processes.
• Collaborate with HR service partners and Centers of Excellence (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Total Rewards)
