X-Rite, a global leader in color science, invites you to join our HR team in Regensdorf, Switzerland, onsite for a 12‑month internship with potential for a permanent role. You will support onboarding, visa processes, HR projects, and employee events across Europe, collaborating with our international HR partners.

Ideal candidates are proactive communicators with German and English skills, a business education, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• German language proficiency (written and spoken) and good English.
• Completed commercial/business training or equivalent education.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Strong communication and teamwork in global environments.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding processes for new employees.
• Process visa applications for global visitors and associates.
• Assist with HR projects across regional and global initiatives.
• Organize and manage employee events independently.
• Serve as a contact for HR inquiries across Europe (10 countries).
• Support performance reviews and employee development processes.
• Collaborate with HR service partners and Centers of Excellence.
