Zusammenfassung

Avaloq is seeking an HR Operations professional to support our Swiss entities (Zurich, Ticino Bioggio, Geneva) with a 9-month assignment. You will manage HR administration end-to-end, handle payroll coordination, and prepare employment documents.

We look for 3–5 years in HR operations/payroll, knowledge of Swiss labour law, SAP HCM/SuccessFactors, and strong MS Office skills. Fluency in English and Italian is required; German is a plus. Hybrid work is offered.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of working experience in HR Operations/Payroll/HR generalist role.
• Knowledge of Swiss labour law, social security system and immigration/work permit processes.
• Advanced MS-Office knowledge as well as familiarity with HR information systems.
• High level of attention to details, strong analytical skills and ability to work in a very dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English and Italian.

Aufgaben

• Support in the management of HR administration tasks related to the full life cycle of the employee (from on-boarding to off-boarding, including work permit management, family allowance requests, etc.).
• Preparation of employee related documentation (e.g. contracts, contract amendments, reference letters, work confirmations).
• Management of employee data in SuccessFactors and SAP HCM system including electronic employee files management.
• Providing support and advisory to employees for their requests and questions.
• Support in the management of payroll related tasks and relationship with our external payroll provider.
