Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech Switzerland seeks a dynamic Field Marketing Manager for Surgery to expand market presence and deliver innovative solutions to customers. You will develop strategic plans, own the Swiss marketing strategy, and collaborate with sales, leadership, and global teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in medical devices marketing/sales, fluency in English and German (French/Italian a plus), strong leadership, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and AI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field or marketing.
• 5+ years of sales and/or marketing experience in medical devices.
• English and German fluency; French and/or Italian are an advantage.
• Valid driver’s licence required.
• Strong leadership, project management, and collaboration skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AI tools, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the Swiss marketing strategy for the assigned platform, driving portfolio performance, pricing, product lifecycle, and profitable growth.
• Analyze customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends to identify and prioritize growth opportunities.
• Translate strategy into positioning, value propositions, campaigns, launches, and annual plans for the Swiss market.
• Equip sales teams with messaging, tools, and training while supporting customer engagement through events and education programs.
• Build and manage relationships with key opinion leaders and surgeon communities to generate insights and advocacy.
• Define KPIs, track portfolio and campaign performance, manage the marketing budget, and optimize investments based on impact.
• Partner with sales, local leadership, EMEA/global marketing, and external agencies to execute plans and deliver measurable results.
