Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a field-based MedTech Sales professional to join a high-performing team focused on advancing surgical outcomes in the German-speaking region of Switzerland.

You will work closely with surgeons, OR staff, and hospital stakeholders to deliver best-in-class solutions and support patient care. Fluent German and English are required, with a minimum of two years in sales within medical devices or a clinical environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years sales experience, ideally in medical devices or clinical setting.
• Fluent German and English language skills.
• Strong customer orientation with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities and develop strategies to hit sales targets in the Biosurgery portfolio.
• Provide product consultation and application support to hospitals in surgery.
• Introduce new product innovations and drive adoption of existing lines.
• Plan and deliver workshops and training for healthcare professionals.
• Build long-term relationships with surgeons, OR staff, and purchasing managers.
• Grow market share in the German-speaking region of Switzerland.
• Provide high-quality clinical and technical support during product use.
• Enhance customer satisfaction through strong partnerships, training, and service excellence.
